By using Dayzips, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use of Dayzips constitutes acceptance of any changes.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to Dayzips (dayzips, stops, photos, descriptions). By publishing content, you grant Dayzips a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that content as part of the platform.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your content is accurate and does not infringe on the rights of others. You must not submit content that is false, misleading, harmful, illegal, or that you do not have the right to share.
By uploading photos that include other people, you confirm that you have obtained the necessary consent from those individuals to publish their likeness on a public platform. Dayzips is not responsible for any claims arising from the appearance of third parties in user-submitted photos.
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Dayzips is a community platform. We do not verify the accuracy of user-submitted content. Trip information (costs, opening hours, access) may change over time. Always verify details independently before travelling. Dayzips is not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from reliance on content published on the platform.
The Dayzips name, logo, and original platform content are owned by Dayzips. You may not use them without prior written permission. User-submitted content remains the property of its respective authors.
Dayzips is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months.
You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon deletion, your personal information and avatar will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Any dayzips you have published will be retained on the platform in anonymised form — your name and profile will no longer be associated with them. Photos attached to published dayzips will also be retained as part of that anonymised content. If you wish to have a specific photo removed, you may request this by contacting us at info [at] dayzips.com before or after account deletion.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
